   Hello and thank you for visiting my website. My name is Gary Civello. My wife, Deborah, and I have resided in the Stonegate community in Alamo, California since 1989. We've lived in the East Bay since 1977. 
     I am a State of California Bureau of Real Estate licensed Broker and I am also a Certified International Real Estate Specialist as well as a member of the International Real Estate Social Network. Hence, I am duly qualified to represent your interests on local properties as well as properties that you may be interested in buying or selling that are located throughout the nation and worldwide. I should also mention that luxury homes in the U.S. can have some appeal to foreign buyers from time to time.
    Prior to joining J. Rockcliff Realtors, I was Broker/Founder and Owner of a boutique real estate brokerage and I had been actively involved in financial advisory and consulting services wherein I've represented individuals and corporations seeking to make and/or sell investments of varying types including real estate holdings. My experience extends over 35 years and I have been involved in excess of $1 billion in transactions over the course of my career.

    My extensive financial background allows me to bring to the table an acute understanding of the financial ramifications involved in real estate investing. I also take pride in taking the time to understand each of my client's personal quality-of-life goals. In this way, we can meld the important elements of both financial and personal objectives. I believe in being upfront and forthcoming with all of the pertinent data that is available to me so that I can provide a complete picture of the circumstances so that when you make your decision on issues such as price points, you will be fully equipped with the information.     From a personal viewpoint, I enjoy good food and wine, sports, travel, movies, music, the computer, and just being with fun people. My wife and I have two grown children who are currently out on their own and we are grandparents of two wonderful little boys. My wife is a very active volunteer with a fundraising group of Children's Hospital Oakland known as the Rowan Branch where she serves on the Board of the Hospital's Branches Group. We believe in giving back to the community that has been so much a part of our everyday lives.
